VIEW from the Elevator
Sunny or cloudy, day or night, we've got some of the best views in the Midwest!

How an Elevator works
Ever wonder how all that grain got from wagon to bin?  Click here to see more.

The Herrick Elevator is peace and quiet and peace of mind . . . Bird calls in the silence of the prairie dusk . . .  Sunsets like you wouldn't believe . . . and stars on the black palette of velvet night.   It's Lewis and Clark, pheasant hunting at its finest, a local celebration called the Squeal Meal, the railroad, the homesteaders and the Great Sioux Nation.

It's the best of America's heartland, and we invite you to come visit and share it with us.  You'll see what we mean.
